What would your life be if you knew that life and death are absolutely safe and connected?

In an attention economy, our lives become increasingly fragmented. We feel disconnected. As the race to own, experience, consume more makes our lives feel empty, we forget that most of us already have what we need.

This course is a step toward recognizing and appreciating the abundance in our lives.

This course is also a step toward healing the wounds that we are afraid of showing.

We put together this course because we learned something out of our own contemplative practices around death during 2020. It helped us during the pandemic to see our shared fears, anxiety, as well as our shared hopes, joys, experience. We want to share these practices with you, so that you can find out more about your deepest self.

This is a conscious course experience where your learning will be a direct output of your effort.

Through this course, we will face the fears together and tune into deeper sources of joy, connection, and life. ✨

This course will teach you:

  • How the view of impermanence can liberate us
  • Forgiveness towards ourselves and others
  • How to cultivate patience & curiosity needed for deep listening
  • Practice compassion towards yourself & others
  • Write an intentional values list

Tools we will use:

  • Video instructions
  • Sharing with the community
  • Bite sized downloadable guided meditations
  • One-of-a-kind resources (Templates, journal prompts) for the daily practice
  • Bonus content to get even deeper

By the end of the course, you should be:

  • A little more at ease with the topic of “Death”
  • Able to forgive the small stuff (and just maybe even the big stuff)
  • Recognize what is truly important to you.
